Returns

• You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• To initiate a return, contact us at contact@fulwoodhardware.com with your order details.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us if you need an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as "Final Sale"

Shipping Costs

• We provide free shipping on all orders, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
